FIELD: organic chemistry, steroids, medicine, oncology, biochemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel inhibitors of steroid sulfatase used for treatment of estrone-dependent tumors, in part, breast cancer. New inhibitors of steroid sulfatase represent sulfamate esters of the formula (I)
