SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel inhibitors of steroid sulfatase used for treatment of estrone-dependent tumors, in part, breast cancer. New inhibitors of steroid sulfatase represent sulfamate esters of the formula (I) where each of R1 and R2 means hydrogen atom, alkyl; St means residue of 3-sterol, preferably 3-sterin.
