Invention provides preparing finely crystalline, smooth, solid, good linked with a base, practically pore-free coatings with mirror surface at all regimens of electrolysis and they characterized by high yield by current and minimal hydrogen absorption of steel base that is very important for articles inclined to hydrogen embrittlement.
