Abstract RU 2194803 C2

FIELD: electrolytic application of metallic coatings, for example nickel coatings that may be used as protective decorative coatings in different branches of industry. SUBSTANCE: electrolyte contains: nickel sulfate - (220 - 260)g, nickel chloride - (30 - 50)g; boric acid - (30 - 50)g, dihydrochloride-2-allyloxy-1,3-dimorpholinopropane as inhibitor of hydrogen absorption; 2,4- dinitrophenylhydrazine as brightening agent and water. Electrolyte allows to apply high quality plated deposits with specular surface in wide range of electric current density values (1 - 9) A/sq.dm. EFFECT: improved quality of plated nickel coating having metallocrystalline structure, good cohesion with base and practically having no absorbed hydrogen in steel base. 4 tbl, 4 notes
