FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: given gyroscope incorporates one optical unit with three optical cameras of square form which are so manufactured that each angle of one camera coincides and communicates with angle of another camera, control mirrors (M1-M3) and reading mirrors (M4-M6) are coupled to each pair of coinciding angles. Each camera is connected to cathode chamber by means of three cathode capillaries (CK1-CK3) and to balancing chamber with the aid of three balancing capillaries (CE1-CE3). Control mirrors (M4-M6), reading mirrors (M1-M3), cathode capillaries (CK1-CK3), balancing capillaries (CE1-CE3) and anodes are arranged with mutual symmetry with reference to rotation symmetry of third order around drive axis Δ ( that is so that position of one element coincides with position of another corresponding element after its turn through 120 degrees around axis Δ ). EFFECT: simplified assembly of optical unit and limited motion of it along conical trajectory. 6 cl, 3 dwg
