Abstract RU 2210795 C1

FIELD: production of flexible regular bunches from fibers, monochromic and polychromatic fiber-optical plates and microchannel plates. SUBSTANCE: in compliance with first variant stacks of hexagonal cross-section with formation of centers from bars of regular hexagonal lattice are assembled from individual glass bars, hollow or comprising core and one or several sheaths. Stacks are given shape of section obtained by change of assembly scheme of stack of regular hexagonal shape so that one or several rows of building bars are not present in one or several sides of regular hexagon. Obtained shape has at least two parallel sides which include equal number of building bars or which differ by one unit. Even number of rows of bars is confined between these parallel sides. Stacks are heated and stretched into multicore bars. Multicore 11 and supermulticore 12 bars are so assembled that outer rows of each bar form clearance-free connections mated by relief with outer rows of adjacent bars bordering on them in accord with type " peak-recess ". According to another variant there are used pairs of different stacks of hexagonal section in which main diagonals of both stacks contain equal odd number of building bars.
