FIELD: optics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of fibre-optic articles, namely to technology of producing flexible regular bundles of fibres (FRBF) with different degrees of resolution for use in optical and electro-optical systems for image transmission and transformation, in particular, in endoscopes. Method includes uniform laying of single fibres in two identical supports having the form of bushings with slots along the diameter of the broken ring type, the inner diameter of which corresponds to the specified diameter of the package, the assembled package is fixed in the supports, then releasing it from supports and performing additional compaction and ordering of the laid structure of the package of fibres, using ultrasonic washing, for this purpose, the package is placed in a flask with a detergent solution, the flask is placed in an ultrasonic bath with an alkaline solution and exposed to high-frequency ultrasound.
EFFECT: improvement of the process of laying a package of fibres with high purity of their surface and uniformity of laying, which contributes to increase in the yield of suitable FRBF.
