SUBSTANCE: proposed insulating material can be used at voltages of 1 kV and higher for high-voltage devices, insulators of all types especially cable termination ones, for grounding fuses, transformers, and the like has (a) polymeric material and (b) additive introduced in polymeric material and incorporating compound of formula Rf-C(CH₂)_xCO₂-R′f, where Rf and R f are fluoroaliphatic chains and x is integer number ranging between 9 and 18.
