FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining microcirculation parameters. Cool functional test is additionally applied. Linear speed of blood circulation in dental pulp blood vessels is used as the microcirculation parameter. The value is determined at an initial stage at 1-1.5 and 2.5-3 min of test time. When V_init<V₁>V₂ is the case, functional state of dental pulp blood vessels is evaluated as normal. The relation of V_init<V₁>V₂ being the case, functional state of dental pulp blood vessels is evaluated as normal. V_init<V₁≤V₂ being the case, functional state of dental pulp blood vessels is evaluated as compensated. V_init>V₁<V₂ being the case, functional state of dental pulp blood vessels is evaluated as subcompensated. V_init>V₁>V₂ being the case, functional state of dental pulp blood vessels is evaluated as decompensated. V_init is the initial linear speed of blood V₁ is the linear speed of blood circulation measured at 1-1.5 min of the cool test; V₂ is the linear speed of blood circulation measured at 2.5- 3 min of the cool test.
