FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing wires in frontal plane from subtrochanteric area into the neck and head of the femur, in oblique sagittal planes in middle one-third, distal femur metaphysis. The wires are additionally introduced in oblique sagittal planes through proximal fragment. The wires are fixed in transcutaneous apparatus supports. The wires conducted through the proximal fragment are removed in 3 weeks. Distal support members and wires introduced through the middle one-third and distal femur metaphysis. Wire fixation in frontal plane is retained for up to 2 weeks. EFFECT: avoided cases of secondary displacement; stimulated bone repair. 7 dwg
