SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes reservoir provided with hermetic cover and filled with mixture of explosive agent at high specific energy: graphite or carbon-containing explosive agent at negative oxygen balance; device is also provided with initiating unit. Pipe line connected to upper portion of reservoir may be used for communicating interior of reservoir with atmosphere; said pipe line is provided with grate closing its cross section and shut-off valve fitted after grate.
