FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to produce detonation diamonds and wurtzite-like boron nitride. Device for the synthesis of superhard materials (SHM) contains vessel 1 with hermetic caps 2 and 3. Inside vessel 1, detonator 7 and a charge of a mixture of explosive (Ex), which is tetranitrate pentaerythritol (TEN) or its mixture with hexogen, with a graphite-like modification of the synthesized substance or carbon-containing material 6, are placed on suspension 5. Detonator 7 is connected by wires 8 to initiation device 9. To automatically relieve the excess pressure after a charge is detonated, the device includes choke 10 with receiver 11 connected by line 12 to bubbling chamber 13. To reset the residual pressure and emergency relief of the overpressure, in the event of failure of the automatic overpressure relief device, residual pressure relief valve 22 is installed on pipeline 19. Air filtration device 24 is communicated with valve 22, as well as with an automatic overpressure relief device, and comprises air filter 20 with cup 25 filled with water imparted by return port 23 with conduits 18 and 19.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase the output of the SHM and ensures the safety of maintenance personnel and the environmental safety of the process.
