FIELD: debarkation of passengers to pier located below deck. SUBSTANCE: proposed companion ladder has two stringers connected by means of involute steps, two rails, several stanchions articulated to stringers and rails which are engageable with guides secured on deck, drive shaft connected with drive, driven shaft, chain sprockets rigidly connected with shafts and chains connecting the shafts. Each guide has bend at its end in arc of circle towards lowering of ladder; each stanchion is provided with jib rigidly secured to it and engageable with respective guide through roller. Connecting links of said chains are articulated with jibs for example. Such construction of ladder makes it possible extension and inclination by one drive. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 3 dwg
