SUBSTANCE: housing of melting and pouring unit is provided with melting and pouring chamber with melting crucible and working table for centrifugal pouring of molds. Melting of metal is effected by means of nonconsumable electrodes secured on electrode holder smoothly over circumference. Distance between electrodes is adequate for smooth distribution of thermal energy and smooth melting of blank. Secured on electrode holder is cover-roof made from material possessing property of light and thermal radiation. Flux of heat formed in the course of melting metal is reflected from cover-roof, thus increasing thermal effect. Cover moves together with electrodes, thus ensuring ease in operation.
