FIELD: food industry, inorganic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of prophylactic species of food sodium chloride. Food prophylactic sodium chloride comprising sodium chloride, potassium ferricyanide as an anti-caking agent, potassium fluoride and potassium iodide involves additionally sodium or potassium bromide taken in the optimal ratio of components, wt.-%. Proposed salt provides both prophylactic of thyroid diseases, teeth caries and an adequate function of blood leukocytes that enhances protective capacity of natural immune system. EFFECT: valuable food and medicinal properties of salt.
