FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making surgical access at points not undergone to physical loading by introducing arthroscope and other instruments at these points. Then, controlled intra- articulation commissure dissection is carried out in the following order: humeroscapular articulation, anterior surface of articulation capsule, axillary entropion, posterior surface of articulation capsule. Then, excision and instrumental retraction of the capsule attached to the inferior and posterior surface of scapular process is carried out. EFFECT: excluded para-articular cavity formation; reduced injury risk of axillary blood vessels and nerves. 3 dwg
