Then, controlled intra- articulation commissure dissection is carried out in the following order: humeroscapular articulation, anterior surface of articulation capsule, axillary entropion, posterior surface of articulation capsule. Then, excision and instrumental retraction of the capsule attached to the inferior and posterior surface of scapular process is carried out.
