FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. Arthroscope is introduced into knee joint cavity through anterior-lateral access and arthroscopic scissors are introduced through anterior-medial access. Under visual control mosaic partial tenotomy of tendon of quadriceps femoris is performed with control of flexion amplitude in knee joint. If flexion is less than 90°, 3-5-7 more incisions are applied under arthroscope control.
EFFECT: method ensures recovery of flexion function in knee joint, reduction of trauma.
