FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out internal urography with X-ray contrast kidney image being built in horizontal and vertical position. The horizontal position image is superimposed over the vertical position one by applying computer software means and the images are matched making lumbar vertebrae coincide and producing in this way the virtual polygram. Diagnosis is set on the basis of polygram data analysis. EFFECT: high accuracy of diagnosis; reduced radiation dose given to patient. 3 dwg
