FIELD: medicine, pulmonological diagnostics. SUBSTANCE: a MR- tomograph is adjusted. Regulating scanning is carried out by using superconducting magnets 0.5 T to choose the projection of testing. STAGE-sequence is modified to launch it during patient's breathing delay at a deep inhalation stage. If necessary, additional layers are investigated in optimal planes to analyze the data obtained and make a conclusion. At the presence of intensive signal at pathological neoplasm of a round shape with uneven, indistinct contours, with the symptom of a multinode capacity, link with a pleura, lesion of bronchial passability one should diagnose the cancer of lungs. The method enables to exclude radiation loading, it is of high information value, noninvasive and available. EFFECT: higher efficiency of diagnostics. 2 ex
