FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has hollow cylinder with cutting members like teeth and having worm. The worm is axially mounted inside of the cylinder and has stem and cutting edges on end face part. The worm is connected to handle by means of threaded connection via axial opening in end face part. Keyed joint is available for preventing worm from cranking. Two radial openings are available in tail part of cylinder. Working part diameter matches cervical vertebral bodies width. Teeth are set relative to each other with anterior sharpening angle being equal to 5-10 deg and posterior sharpening angle being equal to 20 deg.
