SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of irradiating materials by impulses of laser irradiation; shaping impulse whose waveform is defined by predetermined relation depending upon density of energy flux of laser beam, upon constant values b1 and b2 characterizing front and back edges of laser impulse, upon time duration of laser impulse, current time moment relative to moment of beginning action of laser irradiation, energy flux density and maximum value of energy flux of laser irradiation of laser impulse.
