FIELD: metering facilities. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for metering out activating catalyst. Proposed holder designed for keeping unit dose of component includes vessel for storage and admission of component. Said vessel has cylindrical inner wall limiting holder passage, part of which is space for keeping the component. Vessel is provided with component discharge hole. Vessel is furnished with first and second sealing element made of foil installed with possibility of removal. First sealing element stops component discharge hole. Discharge is carried out dose discharge set containing vessel and piston moved by pushing rod from one end of the part of vessel in which space for keeping the component is located to other end of vessel to force out unit dose of component through component discharge hole. Air relief valve can be installed so as to provide its alignment with holder passage.
