FIELD: civil engineering, restoration of operational reliability of residential multistory buildings. SUBSTANCE: process of uninterrupted lifting and leveling of buildings and structures includes their examination, manufacture of power bands and jack recesses, installation of jack system, location of displacement transducers and system of outside check of building geometry, separation of structure from foundation and its leveling with the aid of jack system. Salient feature of invention consists in establishment of stress-deformed state of construction members of building, structure, of their common and particular geometry, in determination of deformation characteristics-amplitudes with discreteness corresponding to lengths of construction members, in construction of cartograms of distribution of longitudinal and lateral amplitudes over each outline surface of building, structure on basis of obtained horizontal cartogram referred to horizontal surface coinciding with floor of socle, in localization of zones of maximal and minimal, convex and concave deformations. Building, structure is separated from foundation by operation of jacks placed in zones corresponding to concave zones by horizontal cartogram, then jacks placed in zones of minimal deformation waves are operated and at last stage jacks located in zones corresponding to convex deformation zones are operated. On conversion of surface to plane inclination of building, structure is leveled by transformation of inclined surface coinciding with floor of socle to horizontal plane.
