FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method of continuous lifting and levelling of buildings includes their examination, preparation of a building, also manufacturing and mounting of power belts, jack bays and installation of a jack system, made of flat jacks, a hydraulic line, hydraulic locks and a pump station, as well as an internal control system, formation of an external control system. Then, by connection of the jack hydraulic system, a building is torn off foundations, and then it is levelled according to the accepted procedure. When preparing the building, the building balance line position is identified. Then, having displaced the balance line in parallel to itself from the point, having maximum vertical elevation at this foundation, a zero lift line position is produced, and this line and the maximum inclination line are taken as a rectangular coordinate system, and the point of their crossing - as an origin. Position of all jack bays is identified in the new coordinate system. Then the list of equidistant hydraulic jacks is formed from the zero lift line. Then dimensions of jack bays and values of the building tear-off are designed. Vertical linear dimensions of jack bays arranged at the side opposite to the building heel from the line of zero shift are designed so that their vertical dimensions are equal to the value of the building lift when fully balanced. The value of the building tear-off cavity is designed as a prism, the top of which is the zero lift line, the lower face is horizontal, and the sharp angle at the top is equal to the foundation heel, the face opposite to the sharp angle is located oppositely to direction of the building heel. After jack bays are arranged in the basement part of the building, jack units are mounted in them. Then the building tear-off line is formed by arrangement of a horizontal cut at the level of the jack bays base. Then, by inclined cut of the building basement part, a tear-off cavity is formed. Then, according the list of equidistant hydraulic jacks from the zero lift, they are connected via a hydraulic distributor. Connection is carried out pairwise for jacks symmetrically arranged relative to the zero lift line, and for jacks arranged at the side opposite to the building heel from the zero lift line, with no symmetrical jacks, are connected to a reserve hydraulic reservoir. Then these jacks are put in the mode of liquid discharge into a reserve hydraulic reservoir, accordingly the liquid is re-distributed in the system of pairwise connected jacks. Having completed a complete liquid re-distribution, the tear-off cavity is closed in the area located at the side opposite to the building heel from the line of zero lift, and at the opposite side from the zero lift line the building is lifted by a rated value, which corresponds to complete balancing of the building.
EFFECT: increased range of the system operation, reduced time required to balance buildings.
