FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the construction, in particular to the protection of the operated buildings from nonuniform deformations and devices for controlling the process of raising and lowering structural elements of construction. Method of synchronous method of raising and lowering part of the building structure includes research, preparation of the building, including the manufacture and mounting of power belts, jacking niches and installing a jacking system consisting of flat jacks, hydraulic line, water locks and pumping station, as well as control systems, in parallel with the slotting of the jacking niches, carry out works on removing the blind area and trench excavation around the building. Data on the magnitude of the vertical displacements of the sensors installed at each power unit are entered, typed-in the software of the system before performance of work, vertical displacement sensors are attached to the X, Y coordinate system, an axis is set, with respect to which the structure rotates, and the axis can be positioned longitudinally, transversely, along the diagonal of the building. Data are recorded in the source file of the control program, which calculates the operation of hydraulic equipment, pressures and flow rates of the working fluid in the pressure and discharge lines, using a multi-flow high-pressure station, which allows creating various pressures on each pressure flow in the group of power units and changing their value during operation when lifting part of the building structure, in addition, the discharge adjustable chokes are used as part of the unit's system; in this case, the plane-parallel lifting of the building and then the simultaneous lifting and lowering of the building structures are carried out. Total amount of loads transferred by jacks from the side of the roll – the lifting part of the building structure – must be greater, than the total value of the transmitted loads with jacks on the opposite side of the roll – the lowered part of the building structure, and the angular velocity of the raised and lowered parts of the building structure should be equal.
EFFECT: technical result consists in providing a synchronous method of raising and lowering parts of the building structure in order to geometrically adjust it in space, reducing labor intensity.
