Abstract RU 2303107 C1

FIELD: construction, particularly building repair by building lifting and straightening along with following building structure reinforcement.

SUBSTANCE: method involves examining building; preparing building for repair, namely producing and mounting load-bearing belts, jack recesses and installing jack system including plate jacks and pump station, as well as arranging control system including slight motion resistor transducer; forming remote control system; determining height of building lifting per one cycle for jack recess, which is outermost from building rotation point; switching-on jack system; separating building from foundation and successively straightening building in several cycles, wherein each cycle is carried out with jack unit operation control by means of slight motion resistor transducers and with geometrical spatial building position control with the use of remote control system. First of all maximal building foundation inclination Io and foundation inclination direction Qo are determined from a given relations. The highest building corner is taken as origin of imaginary Cartesian coordinates, wherein Y axis is directed in maximal building foundation inclination Io direction. After that each jack recess coordinates xi, yi are determined. Linear dimension of identical jack Dx operation zone is determined with taking into consideration admissible value ε of jack unit operation non-uniformity. After that total number of zones K is defined and linear working zone intervals are plotted. Numbers i of jacks located in corresponding zones are revealed and jack operation time ti is determined. Then jack system is activated. After time interval t corresponding to zone Zi operation in a given cycle i jacks located in above zone are deactivated. During every following building lifting cycle maximal building foundation inclination Io(j) and foundation inclination direction Qo(j) are determined and building is lifted in current cycle j with the use of above values.

EFFECT: provision of building lifting and straightening along with base pressing along with maximal rigid building property usage.
