FIELD: building, particularly building reliability renewal during reconstruction thereof by lifting, straightening and strengthening building structures. SUBSTANCE: method involves inspecting building; producing and mounting strengthening belts; providing depressions for jacks; installing jack system comprising flat jacks, pump stations and inner control system including slight displacement sensors; forming outer control system in the form of reflecting marks located in distinguished points of vertical elevate building sections and in base points arranged in building location area and specified by centers of beacon; arranging electronic coordinate inspection means in base points; connecting electronic coordinate inspection means to computer; linking computer to automatic control means of jack system; orienting electronic coordinate inspection means into building coordinate system; determining xo, yo and zo coordinates of reflecting marks; forming lifting program including N building lifting cycles.
