FIELD: power generation directly at coal mining enterprises. SUBSTANCE: power complex has boiler with coal-burning furnace and turbine-generator set supplied with superheated steam from boiler. The latter is disposed directly in mine working excavated beyond coal-bed whose coal is burned. Power complex also has heat-transfer apparatus mounted in uptake waste-gas shaft for discharging superheated steam downstream of turbine-generator set. Heat-transfer apparatus is filled with water for heat transfer during its continuous circulation through earth surface and tanks disposed on rising ground, and its discharge through chains of water-generating units mounted both on surface and at different elevations of second shaft passing air stream downward to subsurface water collector and to heat- transfer apparatus. In the process actuating element of each water-generating unit is made in the form of conveyer with parallel running and idle sides provided with stops and hinged blades for their locking perpendicular to flow on running side and in parallel on idle one.
