Technical objective of invention lies in possibility of updating of system to achieve maximum carrying capacity, to ensure transition to more promising requirements including various frequency ranges and to minimize demand for laying of cable lines. Proposed radio communication system 30 has assemblage of territorially separated units 40 with access to radio communication to establish connection 5 over radio communication channel with collection of remote radio communication devices 4, 8 spaced apart. Units 40 with access to radio communication have access to common user communication network 34 via central integration unit 32, 32. Central integration unit 31, 32 is located side-by-side with switching station 33 of common user network or of establishment network to maintain connection 35 between central integration unit 31, 32 and switching station of network with referencing to communication channel. Radio communication system 30 can be used for radio communication in local network, for instance, in correspondence with technology of access to radio communication of standard of Digital European wireless communication.
