Microscopic picture showing chronic indurative pancreatitis with no epithelial lining in ducts, dilated ductus pancreaticus, obliterated accessory ducts, fibrosis availability in pancreatic capsule, favorable operation prognosis is made with no complications related to pancreatic juice leakage when creating pacreatointestinal anastomosis with capsule and anterior gland wall and duct wall being captured into suture. Microscopic picture showing chronic indurative pancreatitis with retained epithelial lining in ducts, no obliterated accessory ducts, insignificant fibrous tissue proliferation being available, unfavorable operation prognosis is made with complications like pancreatic juice leakage to be probable. EFFECT: high accuracy in predicting pyo-septic complications.
