FIELD: medicine, oncology.
SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to intersect right uterine tube just near uterine wall, intersect and ligate the branches of uterine artery for mobility of uterine tube; tighten up uterine tube upon own ovarian ligament; drain pancreatic duct and fulfill this drainage through the lumen in uterine tube with the help of a button probe guided into the tube's lumen from the side being opposite to fimbriae. Then one should suture pancreatic duct and the wall of uterine tube with separate sutures in the area of fimbriae followed by the drainage into the lumen of small intestine through a separate paracentesis and suture the wall of small intestine and the wall of uterine tube with separate sutures. The innovation suggested enables to form a reliable pancreaticoenteroanastomosis, decrease the number of post-surgical complications and improve quality of life in such patients.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
