FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves performing small intestine portion resection with stump being formed. Resection is carried out with high intensity laser radiation beam in continuous mode with power density of 32×103 W/cm3. Seromuscular submucous sutures are stitched in the places the intestine segments are adjacent to each other. The intestine segments are dissected along excoriation lines. Hemostasis is carried out using laser radiation beam in known mode. Internal continuous suture is applied over posterior and anterior anastomosis lips. Serous membranes are treated with laser beam in known mode in the area of the internal suture of the anterior anastomosis lips. The internal suture of the anterior anastomosis lips is peritonized. EFFECT: reduced risk of postoperative complications.
