FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying removable blanket corded suture penetrating through all abdominal wall layers. Single 8/0 lavsan thread is used 5 times as long as suture length. The wound is simultaneously sutured in heterotropic way in cranial caudal direction with two ends of ligature thread using two straight cutting needles. Suture lines are marked near the wound 2.0-2.5 cm distant from wound angles and sides. First, the ligature threads are conducted through the points of suture lines intersection near the upper wound angle. Middle portion of the ligature thread is placed between the pierces on the parietal peritoneum. o camera output. Suturing the wound with corded blanket suture is carried out from inside outside making crossed stitches. The ligature threads are pulled to achieve moderate tension of wound mouth edges. The ligature thread ends are brought outside at the points of suture lines intersection near the lower wound angle. The thread ends are tied into double academic and double bow knot. EFFECT: prevented postoperative complications.
