FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: the method deals with photocoagulation of cholecystic bottom with defocused high flux laser beam at 230-390 W/sq. cm power density. Moreover, one should simultaneously coagulate medial half of cholecystic bottom. Triple interrupted fixing suture is applied in medial angle of the bottom. Two unidirectional many-sided uninterrupted mutually crossing catgut sutures are applied with ligature's ends of applied suture in lateral direction by simultaneously taken up bottom's edges. Bottom should be sutured for total depth at length of the first stitch being 1.5-2.0 cm. Length of every next stitch should be increased for 0.3- 0.5 cm. Ligature's ends are used as holders. They should be pulled till complete juncture and tight closure of bottom'' edges. Bottom's suturing should be finished by double suturing the capsule of hepatic diaphragmatic surface.
