FIELD: construction industry. SUBSTANCE: process of repair of concrete and reinforced concrete coverings includes removal of defective section of covering and filling of this section with building material in which capacity mixture of sulfuric binder and mineral filling agent is utilized with following proportion of components in mixture, per cent by mass: sulfur binder 30.0-99.0; mineral filling agent 70.0-1.0. Prior to filling of defective section of covering building material is heated to 120-180 C and cleaned surface of defective section is heated to temperature of 80-120 C to depth over 20 mm. Maximum diameter of grains of mineral filling agent of building material does not exceed 30% depth of defective section. Cleaned and heated surface of defective section is primed with sulfur binder at temperature of 120-180 C.
