FIELD: water- development projects and amelioration construction. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the capacity of bank-reinforcing structures of washed-out beds of rivers and canals, slopes of dams of various assignment and in other structures. Flexible cellular reinforcement includes net and stones. Salient feature of invention consists in that reinforcement comprises hinged reinforced concrete members coming in the form of bars forming braces with mounting extensions with ring tips. Ring tips are fixed with the use of axles in solid mat produced from wire-net which long side is positioned sideways to direction of flow with formation of interjoined invariable cells of triangular shape in plan. Internal space of cells is filled with stone paving. Reinforcement rests against pile tooth on which flexible apron borders on the front to form displacement-stable L-shaped form of cross-section. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and reliability of protection of banks of beds of rivers and canals against erosion, prolonged service life of bank-reinforcing structure. 1 cl, 5 dwg
