METHOD OF BRINE PRODUCTION Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: mining, particularly, borehole mining of deposits of rock, potash and other salts by their dissolving; applicable for intensification of process of solvent saturation during operating washing of chambers. SUBSTANCE: method includes drilling of vertical hole into mass of worked chamber, hole casing and provision of hole with concentrically arranged water supplying, brine-lifting and maintenance pipes. Solvent is supplied under pressure through annular space between water-supplying and brine-lifting pipes, and nonsolvent is supplied under pressure through annular space between water- supplying and maintenance pipes. Method includes driving of development working, acting on salt in chamber upper part over its perimeter with tangentially directed solvent jets and withdrawal of brine through brine-lifting pipe. Introduced into solvent after driving of development working is inert filler in form of sawdust in amount of 60-80% of solvent weight. EFFECT: higher rate of saturation of solvent with salt up to standard saturation. 1 dwg
