FIELD: mechanical engineering; road vehicles. SUBSTANCE: proposed fuel injection system of internal combustion engine contains fuel tank, gaseous fuel pressure regulator, electromagnetic nozzle unit and intake manifold of internal combustion engine, all connected by pipelines. Electronic control unit is connected by its inputs with sensors installed on engine and by outputs, with electromagnetic nozzle unit. Fuel pump and liquid fuel-into-gaseous phase converter, for instance, gasoline evaporator, are installed between fuel tank and gaseous fuel pressure regulator. Electronic control unit is electrically connected with fuel pump and liquid fuel-into-gaseous phase converter. EFFECT: improved ecological characteristics of internal combustion engine owing to injection of fuel in gaseous state. 1 dwg
