SUBSTANCE: control method for injected amount of gas fuel is proposed based on the throttled flow rate at the sound velocity through a constriction. Since the throttled flow rate at the sound velocity continues to decrease as the pressure in the tank decreases, the method includes calculating the throttled flow rate at the sound velocity through a constriction based on the system variables and forced application of the gas injection rate so that it is smaller than the throttled flow at the sound velocity through a constriction. The mass flow into the fuel injector can be substantially maximized to minimize the time of emptying the fuel tank, especially when the contents of the storage gas tank are low.
EFFECT: improvement of the accuracy of the gas injection control in the engine.
