METHOD OF NON-INVASIVE DIAGNOSTICS OF ISCHEMIC HEART DISEASE Russian patent published in 2012 - IPC A61B5/02

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method relates to medicine, namely to cardiology. Net of electrodes, not fewer than 64 in number, is applied on patient's chest, embracing anterior, posterior and lateral walls of chest from I to VI intercostal space. Bicycle stress test is carried out and electric cardiogram (ECG) from each of net electrodes is synchronously registered successively at rest, at maximal exercise stress, in 1, 3, 5 and 7 minute of recovery period. Calculation of ECG curve integral for each point of electrode application is performed. Isointegral maps of rest, maximal exercise stress and 1, 3, 5 and 7 minute of recovery period are built. Difference index (DI) for each isointegral map is calculated by mathematical formula. If minimal DI decreases by 10% more and/or increase of region of negative DI values by 18% and more for each of isointegral maps of maximal exercise stress and 1, 3, 5 and 7 minute of recovery period with respect to isointegral map of rest, conclusion about IHD in patient is made.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to carry out IHD diagnostics in patients with complete block of left or right branches of His bundle, double-bundle block and possibility of its multiple repetition without application of radiopharmaceutical preparation.
