FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has air compressor, air receiver, electromagnetic pneumatic valve, electronic device for controlling pressure gain and run-off in constrictable measuring sleeve, pneumatic-to-electric signal converter, voltage transducer. Device for setting pressure composed of air compressor electromagnetic pneumatic valve, electronic device for controlling pressure gain and run-off are united in one automatic device for measuring arterial blood pressure and pulse frequency. Its pneumatic outlet is connected to air receiver output designed as multi-chamber element using pneumatic throttles. The air receiver output is connected to the constrictable measuring sleeve and additional pneumatic-to-electric signal converter. The additional pneumatic-to-electric signal converter output is connected to electric signal compensator input introduced into measuring unit which output is connected to voltage-to-frequency transducer input in analyzer. The voltage-to-frequency transducer output signal is sent to information storage and modem unit introduced into the measuring unit design. The information storage output is also connected to the modem. The modem output is to be connected to PC or telephone line. Another embodiment of the invention differs from the described one in design of the device for setting pressure. EFFECT: high accuracy in measuring parameters. 2 cl, 2 dwg
