FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: evaluator contains compressor, air release valve, two obstructive cuffs - brachial and antebrachial, pressure sensor and pulse waves detector with output filters, analog-to-digital converter and control unit connected to PC. Cuffs are fixable on one patient's hand and interconnected through adjustable air valve. According to the first version, brachial cuff is connected with pressure sensor recording constant and variable within Korotkoff's sounds range. The second version implies application of isolated pressure sensor and acoustic detector of Korotkoff's sounds. Antebrachial cuff is pneumatically connected with acoustic detector of Korotkoff's sounds. Control unit contains microprocessor, switchboard and PC interface.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of cardiovascular system evaluation.
