FIELD: medicine; psychology. SUBSTANCE: method involves testing a testee (trainee) using test task composed of questions to be answered by the testee. The method involves determining and particular question complexity. Measurement result combined with task complexity characterizes both knowledge level and intellectual capabilities of the testee. The test task being arranged as a set of independent questions, the resulting evaluation level is calculated as sum of points for each answer within the task. The test task being arranged as business game, the resulting evaluation level is calculated as product of points received for each stage (answers) within the game. 8 psychological forms of questions is applied for modeling thinking logics of experts solving a problem. A testee builds the answer to a question shown in text himself by selecting from a set of optional answer versions. The answer being materialized testee knowledge form is recorded and processed by separating the right and wrong parts and measuring characteristics of these parts and the resulting evaluation mark is set by using mathematical formulas depending on question complexity and probability right or wrong answer parts. The test task is set both by applying traditional education means like slogans, questionnaires, slide projectors or other means) and by using computer-assisted methods with software developed for this purpose.
