DNA is recovered from lymphocytes of peripheral venous blood, polymorphic loci of 5-HTTLPR of gene SLC6A4, G861C of gene HTR1B, C(-1019)G of gene HTR1A and G86C of gene HTR2C are used by polymerase chain reaction of DNA synthesis with the following restriction.
EFFECT: use of the invention provides more accurate prediction of the level of potential intellectual development of a child even at an early age and helps parents to optimally select an educational and learning environment.
