FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of sports psychophysiology. A candidate for sports programmers is subjected to psychophysiological testing. Indicators are detected by means of corresponding tests: grade – G, force – F, activity – A, arithmetic mean of points – AMP, intelligence coefficient – IC, mental development coefficient – MDC, average score – AS, total indicator – TI, functional asymmetry coefficient – FAC. If conditions are met simultaneously: G more than 13 points, F is more than 13 points, A is more than 13 points, AMP is more than 5 points, IC is more than 100 points, MDC is more than 100 points, AS is more than 27 points, TI is more than 7 points, FAC is more than 40%, RR is less than 230 ms, suitability of the person being tested for sports programming is determined.
EFFECT: method provides easy determination of professional fitness of a sports programmer.
