FIELD: heat power industry. SUBSTANCE: plasma-chemical facility to prepare fuel for lighting up and stabilization of fuel burning has chamber for preliminary preparation of fuel that houses plasma generator, fuel injector and nozzle supplying air. Facility also includes element to extract ignition flame. Nozzle supplying air is positioned in face wall of chamber for preliminary preparation of fuel, fuel injector is mounted on side wall of chamber for preliminary preparation of fuel at angle with longitudinal axis of chamber for preliminary preparation of fuel and its nozzle is directed along longitudinal axis of this chamber and in opposition to nozzle supplying air. Plasma generator is mounted on side wall of chamber for preliminary preparation of fuel at some distance from nozzle of fuel injector in direction along longitudinal axis of chamber for preliminary preparation of fuel, towards outlet hole of element to extract ignition flame. Vortex generator is installed in front of plasma generator on section of side wall of chamber for preliminary preparation of fuel, between nozzles of plasma generator and fuel injector. Element to extract ignition flame comes in the form of tube or nozzle. EFFECT: enhanced operational quality and reliability of facility thanks to provision for lighting up and stable burning of fuel during service life of plasma generator. 2 cl, 1 dwg
