FIELD: heat power industry. SUBSTANCE: plasma-chemical facility for preparation of fuel for ignition and stabilization of fuel burning has chamber for preliminary preparation of fuel which houses plasma generator and steam-and-fuel injector. Steam-and-fuel injector is located in face part of chamber for preliminary preparation of fuel. Specified chamber should carry cooling jacket which space communicates with space of chamber for preliminary preparation of fuel. Facility is provided with element extracting ignition flame and space of cooling jacket communicates with space of chamber for preliminary preparation of fuel through perforation in face wall of jacket. Steam-and-fuel injector is mounted in face part of chamber for preliminary preparation of fuel with direction of its nozzle along longitudinal axis of chamber for preliminary preparation of fuel and plasma generator is installed on side wall of chamber for preliminary preparation of fuel at some distance from nozzle of steam-and-fuel nozzle in direction along longitudinal axis of chamber for preliminary preparation of fuel towards outlet hole of element extracting ignition flame. Facility is fitted with additional steam-and-fuel injector mounted on side wall of chamber for preliminary preparation of fuel at some distance from plasma generator and is directed towards outlet hole of element extracting ignition flame. Additional steam-and-fuel injector is placed at angle with axis of key steam-and-fuel injector with direction of nozzle towards outlet hole of element extracting ignition flame. Wall of cooling jacket has holes to supply air into location zone of steam-and-fuel injector. EFFECT: increased functional reliability of facility. 4 cl, 2 dwg
