SUBSTANCE: when public network communication centers need information about called subscribers to perform functions realized in them, but this information is not available because respective terminal such as office walkthrough-dialing exchanger is used by plurality of subscribers, in order to establish connections signal is sent each time and information related to subscriber is transferred to communication center through available signaling channel.
