SUBSTANCE: method intended to enable network operator to cope with ever growing exchange concerning access to services proposed by other networks without expanding telephone exchange includes establishment of signaling connections between subscriber and device affording access to service on the basis of network subscriber service request, as well as establishment of connection for useful data transfer upon arrival of data on requested service associated with signaling connection between service access device and subscriber; upon data transmission established connection for useful data transfer is canceled.
