FIELD: electrical communications and telephony; private exchanges.

SUBSTANCE: when incoming call coming from external subscriber is transferred through telephone exchange or exchange network to internal network subscriber connected to private exchange, communication between external subscriber and private exchange is discontinued for the time being at telephone exchange or at one of telephone exchanges out of their network, and as soon as communication is established between external subscriber and private exchange, their communication is recovered at telephone exchange; during mentioned open-circuit interval in line between external subscriber and private exchange information is transferred to external subscriber from telephone exchange or from one telephone exchange to other in telephone exchange network over communication lines vacant during this period, or connections in telephone exchange network are changed over.

EFFECT: more reasonable use of communication channels between external subscriber and telephone exchange.
