FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has artificial cornea, lens and retina tightly connected to each other. The retina is a matrix of artificial photosensitive elements like charge-coupled devices on metal-dielectric-semiconductor base arranged in focal plane of the lens. The photosensitive elements matrix is electrically connected to reader and transformer units connected to power supply source. It is used as receiver unit to which data are transmitted from the transformer unit. EFFECT: provided continuous accumulator recharging. 3 cl, 1 dwg
